"NEWCASTLE PACKET
THE Fine Cutter GOVERNOR ARTHUR will be started on Wednesday next, the 12th Instant, and be continued as a regular Packet between Sydney and Newcastle.
The days of sailing will be, namely, from Sydney on every Wednesday, and from Newcastle on every Saturday.
Freight will be received and stored at Mr.MCQUEEN's Stores, on the Premises of NICHOLS, adjoining the Wharf."

THE Shippers by the above Vessel are requested to forward all Goods, to be conveyed by her, the Day previous to her sailing, to the Packet Wharf, as no Goods can be shipped after the Port Clearance is taken out, being liable to Seizure.
It is also notified, that all Passage Money be paid at the Office previous to Passengers going on board; and that no Letters will be received after this Notice, except from the post Master.

From Newcastle, Tuesday Morning.

ON Wednesday, the 28th Instant, at 12 o'clock, on the Defendant's Premises, near Wallis' Plains, Hunter's River; the SHERIFF will Cause to be put up for Sale 59 Ewes, in Lamb, 52 Lambs, 1 Ram, 30 Pigs, 4 Working Bullocks, 1 Bull, 50 Bushels of Wheat, a few Articles of Furniture, and Farming Utensil.

WHEREAS Mr. P. CAVENAGH, of Pitt-street, Sydney, having heretofore held my Warrant or Power of Attorney. for transacting all Matters relating to my Affairs. which said Warrant or Power of Attorney, notwithstanding my repeated Solicitations, has never been given up by the said Mr. P. CANENAGH, although the said Mr. P. CANENAGH has ceased to be my Agent; -  Now this is to give Notice, that from and after the first Publication of this Notice, all or any Transactions done by the said Mr. P. CANENAGH, for or on my Account, will be Null and Void, and will not be recognized by me, and the aforesaid Warrant or Power of Attorney is hereby revoked.
