They were married by Banns by William ?Penry ?London,
BA, Minister. The couple both signed the register (as Wm
Powditch and Anne Walsh), and their Witnesses were
Fred'k Drennan and ?George Walsh.

N.B. In the Shipowners Register, Powditch has been
written as Bowditch, whilst in the Underwriters Register,
Powditch has been written as Powditcth. The
Underwriters Register also shows a Captain / Master /
Commander's name was 'Reynolds', with the ship (for the
same year?) sailing from London to Bengal.
