INDEX
Due to the time factor involved in compiling an in-depth Index, and as many
of the Christian, and place, names repeat themselves throughout the Volume,
I have used instead, a modified Index, which cross-references "present-day-
descendants", to their Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather - quoting
the page number on which the respective "Individual' is first mentioned.
I would hasten to add, however, that although the list has been produced from
the text, there may be a few omissions, for which I apologise in advance (I
would be grateful for you to advise me of any errors, ommissions, additional
details etc. Thank you)
