As can be seen from the above graph, the highest number of deaths appear both
during the ages of 0 - 5 (5 year period) and during the ages of 61 - 80 (20 year
period).
Bearing in mind the conditions in which the population lived during the 1800s - with
the exception of the 0 - 5's age group - Powditch Males, their Sisters and Wives
appear to have 'gone against the National Average' with regard to the length of their
lives.
