Southwold January 31st 1890  I William Powditch
of Southwold in the County of Suffolk Innkeeper  I give and
bequeath to my wife Maria Powditch all my household
furniture goods and chattles and all other personal estate
whatsoever it may be for her life and whatsoever may be
left after the death of my wife Maria Powditch to be
sold by public auction after paying all debts and funeral
expenses whatsoever money remaining to equally divided
between my three children William Powditch James
Brightmer Powditch and Eleanor Powditch

At Ipswich on the 5th day of May 1890 admon
(with the will annexed) of the personal estate
of William Powditch late of Southwold in
the County of Suffolk Innkeeper deceased who
fied on the 12th day of February 1890 at
Southwold aforesaid was granted to Maria
Powditch widow the relict the residuary
legatee for life named in the said Will she
having been first sworn No executor being
named in the said Will
