Southwold January 31st 1890 I William Powditch
of Southwold in the County of Suffolk Innkeeper I give and
bequeath to my wife Maria Powditch all my household
furniture goods and chattles and all other personal estate
whatsoever it may be for her life and whatsoever may be
left after the death of my wife Maria Powditch to be
sold by public auction after paying all debts and funeral
expenses whatsoever money remaining to equally divided
between my three children William Powditch James
Brightmer Powditch and Eleanor Powditch

Powditch widow the relict the residuary
legatee for life named in the said Will she
having been first sworn No executor being
named in the said Will
