This is the last Will and Testament of me
Thomas Powditch of Wells in the County of Norfolk
Shipowner I revoke all my former Wills Codicils and Testamentary
dispositions, I give and devise unto my dear wife Mary All and
every my lands tenements hereditaments and real estate with the
apputenances To hold unto her her heirs and assigns absolutely
And I give and bequeath unto my said Wife absolutely all
my personal estate whatsoever And I appoint my said Wife
sole Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I the said
Thomas Powditch the Testator have hereunto put my hand
this twenty fifth day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand
eight hundred and sixty one

us present at the same time together
with him who in his presence at his
request and in the presence of each
other have subscribed our names

the oath of Mary Powditch, Widow, the relict, the sole
Executrix, to whom administration was granted
The Testator Thomas Powditch was late of Wells next the Sea
in the County of Norfolk Shipowner and died on the seventeenth day
of June 1879 at Wells next the Sea aforesaid
