You are here:  home  >  Chile  >  Entries extracted from Thomas Powditch's 1854 Bible

The following information is believed to have been written within the Bible belonging to
the Thomas Powditch who married Marianne Cameron Mackay
on 29 April 1854 at Valparaiso, Chile.
The details had already been typed up by the time that the late Robert James Powditch
(of Chile and Stamford, England) gave me a copy.
None of the entries have been verified to date,
although I do believe most of them to be accurate, as they appear
to have been entered just after the events actually occurred.
All spellings and grammar etc have been left as per the original copy.
